These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and ry36 ("ry36", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ry36 platform, including the website at ry36.club, all associated sub-pages, mobile interfaces, gaming products, promotional materials, and customer support channels (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, or accessing any game or service on the ry36 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

2.1 Age Requirement. The ry36 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. ry36 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds therein may be forfeited pending investigation.

2.2 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the ry36 Platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name, the name of a third party, or by any other means, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.

2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must promptly update your account details should any information change. ry36 accepts no liability for losses arising from your provision of inaccurate account information.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). ry36 is obligated under its licensing conditions to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing withdrawals. You agree to provide, upon request, any documentation reasonably required for identity verification purposes, including but not limited to a copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), proof of address, and source of funds documentation.

2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify ry36 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. ry36 shall not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ry36 accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank2u / FPX, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and selected cryptocurrency networks. Accepted methods and minimum transaction amounts may be updated from time to time at ry36's discretion.

3.2 Minimum Deposit. The current minimum deposit amount is RM 10. Minimum amounts are subject to change without prior notice. Players are responsible for checking current minimums on the Platform at the time of transaction.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits by the same account holder. ry36 reserves the right to require full KYC completion before any withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

3.4 Processing Times. ry36 targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes of approval for verified accounts transacting via e-wallet. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or pending compliance review. ry36 does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays outside its reasonable control.

3.5 Anti-Money Laundering. ry36 complies with applicable international anti-money laundering ("AML") obligations. All transactions are monitored. ry36 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any transaction that raises AML concerns and to report such activity to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

4.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits ("Bonuses") offered by ry36 are subject to these Terms and any specific terms communicated at the time the Bonus is offered. In the event of conflict between these Terms and specific Bonus terms, the specific Bonus terms shall prevail.

4.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated on the relevant promotional page. Games may contribute to wagering requirements at varying rates.

4.3 Bonus Abuse. ry36 takes active measures to identify and prevent Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk betting strategies intended to arbitrage Bonus conditions, or participation in coordinated group exploitation of promotional offers. ry36 reserves the right to void Bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where Bonus abuse is determined to have occurred.

4.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses not claimed within the specified validity period will expire automatically. ry36 accepts no obligation to reinstate expired Bonuses.

5.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the ry36 Platform is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. ry36 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Player's misunderstanding of applicable game rules.

5.2 RNG Certification. All Random Number Generator (RNG) games available on the ry36 Platform are independently tested and certified by approved testing laboratories to ensure statistical fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published within the relevant game information panels.

5.3 Live Casino Integrity. Live dealer games are operated under strict procedural controls. All live dealer sessions are recorded. In the event of a technical malfunction during a live game that prevents completion of a round, the hand or round will be declared void and stakes returned to players.

5.4 Sportsbook Settlement. ry36 sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as published by the governing body of the sport or competition in question. ry36 reserves the right to void bets on events where the outcome is subject to official review, cancellation, or abandonment.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ry36 Platform. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform without express written authorisation from ry36
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or tournament
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to ry36 support immediately
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, false identity claims, or misrepresentation of payment method ownership
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, where ry36 has not been authorised to operate
• Allowing any third party to use your account, or using a third party's account credentials

All content on the ry36 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, trademarks, and audiovisual elements — is the proprietary property of ry36 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of ry36.

Your right to use the ry36 Platform is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights.

ry36 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at ry36.club/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing. ry36 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

ry36 may share data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement bodies, and licensed third-party service providers as required by applicable law or by the Platform's operational requirements (such as payment processing and identity verification).

9.1 Age Verification. ry36 is committed to preventing underage gambling. All accounts are subject to age verification and the Platform is strictly available to individuals aged 21 and above.

9.2 Player Protection Tools. ry36 provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps enforceable by the Platform
• Loss Limits: Cap your net losses over a defined period
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts when a defined session duration has elapsed
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and prevent future registration

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ry36 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise.

ry36's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your account in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

11.1 Termination by Player. You may close your ry36 account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, all pending wagers will be settled in accordance with normal procedures and any remaining balance (subject to KYC completion) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

11.2 Termination by ry36. ry36 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to complete required KYC verification; or regulatory instruction. In cases of fraudulent activity, ry36 may withhold account balances pending investigation.

ry36 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ry36 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to ry36's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under any applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation in Malaysia that cannot be contractually excluded.
